View ProjectParadigm Engineering Inc
Paradigm Engineering Inc is an office interior design project in Vancouver, Canada, completed in 2019 for Mr. Mohseni. The brief called for a bright, modern engineering office inside an industrial shell, so the design keeps the white steel roof trusses and open ceiling visible and builds a flexible, colourful workspace beneath them. Three colour alternatives were prepared and presented for the project: a warm taupe scheme, a steel-blue scheme, and a mustard and slate scheme. The final design combines a warm mustard wall with a deep blue feature wall, softened by white furniture and a dark carpet floor. Two large blue and yellow wave artworks, lit by picture lights, give the feature wall a strong focal point beside the company logo, while a monochrome artwork pair and a cluster of glass globe pendants warm up the lounge corner. Freestanding panels hung from ceiling rails divide the open plan into work zones and carry a simple three-step graphic that tells the company's process at a glance. Glass-topped desks on chrome frames, white shell chairs with timber legs, a round meeting table, industrial metal pendant lamps and a planter of snake plants by the window complete a workplace that feels creative, organised and welcoming.
