Our Interactive Studio turns your design into a real-time experience that clients can explore themselves, instead of watching a fixed video or looking at still images. With over 24 years of experience and 200+ completed projects, we work with architects, developers and designers across Canada and the US.

What Our Interactive Studio Delivers

Real-Time vs. Pre-Rendered

A pre-rendered image or video is calculated in advance to reach the highest visual quality, but the camera path is fixed. A real-time experience is rendered as you use it, so you can move freely, change materials and look around, including in VR. Many projects use both: still images and animation for marketing, and an interactive experience for presentations and decision-making.

Revisions, Files and Confidentiality

Three rounds of revisions are included. We deliver in the format you need and sign an NDA on request.

You send drawings, models and references. We agree what the client should be able to explore and on which device.

Real-time model

We prepare the model and the environment in Unreal Engine.

Interaction and testing

We build the movement, the options and the interface, then test it.

Delivery

We deliver the experience in the version you need: application, browser or VR.
