These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of charismaspace.ca and to enquiries and proposals for services from Charisma Space Design Studio (“Charisma Space”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or contacting us you agree to them. A written proposal or agreement for a specific project may add to or replace these terms for that project.
1. About us
Charisma Space Design Studio is an architectural design, interior design and 3D visualization studio. Our Vancouver B.C. office is at 1283 River Dr, Coquitlam, BC V3E 1N7, Canada. We also have an office in Tehran, Iran.
2. Our services
We offer architectural design, interior design, renovation design, commercial and retail interior design, landscape design, 3D architectural rendering (exterior and interior), architectural animation and walkthroughs, interactive architectural visualization, product rendering, and catalog and poster design. The descriptions on this website are general; the exact scope of your project is set out in the proposal we send you.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Sending a message through our forms or the Interior Planner is an enquiry, not a contract. Work starts only after the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees have been agreed with you in writing. Any quote or proposal we send is specific to your project.
4. Process and revisions
Our projects follow a simple process: you send a brief and any files we need, we share previews, and we make revisions before final delivery. Our standard process includes up to three rounds of revisions unless your proposal says otherwise. Work beyond the agreed scope or number of revisions is discussed and agreed with you before it begins.
5. Timelines
Turnaround depends on the size and type of the project; a typical project takes a week or more. Dates we give are estimates and depend on receiving your brief, files and feedback on time.
6. Files and formats
Rendered images are normally delivered as high-resolution files such as 4K or 8K JPG or PNG, and layered TIFF or PSD files where agreed. Other formats can be arranged for your project.
7. Fees and payment
Fees and payment terms are agreed with you in writing for each project before work begins. If you have questions about how payment will work for your project, please ask us.
8. Ownership of final files
Once the agreed fees for a project have been paid in full, ownership of the final delivered files for that project transfers to you. Until then, the files remain ours.
9. Use of project work in our portfolio
We may show completed projects, including images and renders, in our portfolio, on this website and on our social media channels. If you do not want your project shown, tell us in writing and we will respect your request.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your project files and information as confidential. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, please ask and we will sign one before work begins.
11. Use of AI tools
Our modeling and rendering is mostly done by the Charisma Space team. AI tools may also be used in some images, for example to add people or atmosphere or to develop concept visuals, and such projects are labelled where relevant.
12. Website content
The text, images, renders and other material on this website belong to Charisma Space or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written permission. Images of client projects are shown to illustrate our work.
13. Client Portal
Clients who have an account can sign in to the Client Portal to follow the progress of their project. Accounts are created by us, and your username and password are sent to you by Charisma Space. Please keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend access to the portal if it is misused.
14. Third-party services and links
This website uses some third-party services, such as Google Maps, live chat and analytics, which are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites or services.
15. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website. Liability for project work is governed by your written agreement with us.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
