Photorealistic Exterior & Interior Architectural Renderings
Charisma Space is an architecture and 3D visualization studio in Coquitlam, BC. We turn your drawings and models into photorealistic architectural renderings that show a building as it will look: its form, materials, light and surroundings, before anything is built. With over 24 years of experience and 200+ completed projects, we work with architects, interior designers, developers and builders across Canada and the US.
Our 3D architectural rendering service covers exteriors, interiors, aerial and site-context views, 3D floor plans, 360° panoramas, animation and interactive real-time experiences. Every image is built for the decision it supports: a client presentation, a design review, an approval package or a marketing campaign.
You do not need to be in Vancouver to work with us. We work with clients across Canada and the US by sharing files and review rounds online.

Choosing the Right Type of Rendering
Not every project needs the same kind of image. These are the differences that matter most when you are deciding what to order.
- Still images vs. animation. A still image is the fastest way to show a design and works for presentations, planning submissions and print. An animation or walkthrough shows movement through the space and suits launches and marketing.
- Pre-rendered vs. real-time. A pre-rendered image or video is calculated in advance to reach the highest visual quality. A real-time experience is rendered as you use it, so viewers can explore the project, switch materials or look around in VR.
- Clay vs. photorealistic. A clay render shows a building in one neutral material, which is useful for judging form and composition. A photorealistic render adds materials, lighting, landscaping and context to show the finished result.
- Exterior vs. interior. Exterior renderings focus on massing, facade, landscaping and setting. Interior renderings focus on layout, finishes, furniture and light.
